- Β½ teaspoon ground ginger

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 2 ΒΌ cups all-purpose flour, or as needed
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- ΒΌ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- ΒΌ cup milk, or as needed

- ΒΌ cup toasted pumpkin seeds, to garnish
