- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced

- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and drained

- 1 cup corn
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
