  • 2 carrots, cut into chunks
  • 2 stalks celery, cut into chunks
  • 1 (8 ounce) package frozen pearl onions
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (28 ounce) can tomato puree
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 (1.2 ounce) package beef gravy mix
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground thyme
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
