  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ¼ cup Key lime juice, or more to taste
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup Key lime juice
  • 2 drops green food coloring
