Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Asian chile pepper sauce (such as sambal oelek)
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon white sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • ½ (2 pound) cabbage - quartered and thinly sliced
  • 2 fresh peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon thinly sliced fresh chives for garnish
