Ingredients:
- 1 slice bacon, diced
- 3 cups broccoli florets, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- ¼ lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 4 tablespoons low-fat whipped cream cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- ½ cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1 (7 ounce) container plain 2% Greek yogurt
- ¾ pound raw medium shrimp - peeled, tails off, and deveined
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 6 sprigs fresh parsley
