Ingredients:
- ½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (such as Dannon® Light and Fit®)
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup nonfat powdered milk
- 1 banana, cut in chunks
- ¼ cup blueberries, or to taste
- ¼ cup raspberries, or to taste
- ¼ cup blackberries, or to taste
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 3 tablespoons turbinado sugar (such as Sugar in the Raw®)
- 1 tablespoon honey
