- 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 bunch Swiss chard - rinsed, stems removed and cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons goat cheese
