  • 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard - rinsed, stems removed and cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons goat cheese
