  • 1 (10 ounce) can fat-free cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces pepperjack cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
