  • ¼ cup buttermilk powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 standard cucumbers, chilled and cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 1 large English cucumber, chilled and cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ small shallot, chopped
  • ½ lemon with rind, chilled and cut into four pieces
  • 3 large mint leaves, torn
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon grated nutmeg
