  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, or to taste
